Located on Gemini Place in front of the Polaris Fashion Place Mall. The building is home to five retail tenants, Brusters Ice Cream, Row House, Pure Barre, City Barbeque & one open tenant space. Construction One completed the site work, building, landscaping, and two of the tenant fit-outs. Daily communication and onsite meetings with ownership to work through design changes and value engineering opportunities. Adapted to evolving milestones dates based on tenant lease obligations. Worked through adverse weather conditions during the winter & early spring months.
