Ground-up construction of eight individual metal buildings and drive lanes for expansion of an existing self-storage facility. Project site work included land clearing, installation of all underground utilities, 1-acre retention pond, curbs, gutters, and asphalt drive lanes. Interior scope of work included the installation of lighting, electrical, HVAC, and fire sprinkler systems
