Rise Brands

Complete renovation of 100+-year-old, 14,000 SF, 4-story commercial building in downtown Columbus for Rise Brands Corporate HQ. The project included retrofitting an original existing elevator shaft with a modern hydraulic elevator. Demolition of existing finishes revealed numerous structural issues with the building that required extensive engineering to bring up to current code requirements. Construction entailed refurbishing or repurposing a lot of the materials used in the original construction of the building for aesthetic reasons.
