Full renovation of the two towers at the Marriot Grand Vacation Club, as well as their sales center offices located on Kaanapali Beach. The hotel portion of the project was completed on a very tight schedule, completing 30 keys per week. We were challenged on the project by the logistics of working on Maui/Island and having to overcome labor shortages, material shipment delays, and also natural disasters from the hurricane as well as a very large island fire near the property.
