Complete renovation of 60 units on 6 floors as well as corridors, reception areas, offices, public and private lounges, and exterior patio/fire features. All work was completed while the resort was open and operating during non-peak season. Unit sizes ranged from 1,500 sqft to 2,500 sqft. Unit renovations included new carpet, tile, stonework, fireplace hearth and mantle, paint, wall coverings, and new light fixtures. Lounge restoration included wood flooring, paint, wallcovering, custom casework and millwork, new wood doors, new light fixtures, granite countertops and hearth, custom metalwork, and a custom three-sided fireplace. The custom-built three-sided glass fireplace was 10’L x 3’W x 5.5’H. The reception area included a custom-built rift sawn oak reception desk with a granite top. Exterior renovation included modifications to existing paver patio, new 9’ diameter round custom gas operated fire pit, and two smaller fire bowl features.
