The largest Pins built to date also featured the client’s original concept 16 Bit Bar in the space. 1-year buildout due to a multitude of issues including, asbestos, poor soil conditions, and poor existing structure that we had to completely re-build. Some great features of the project were a 3,000 sqft patio, a 40 ‘ x 20 ‘ skylight, a 1,500 sq ft VIP Mezzanine area, and 16 bowling lanes, as well as 3 full bars including the exterior patio bar.
