Converted 56,000 SF JoAnn in Del Amo mall to their new flagship prototype design including an entirely new storefront while the store remained open. The store remained JoAnn’s number one ranked store in the country by total sales throughout the entirety of the project, with store sales are up 50% year over year since project completion.
