Office renovation of Washington Prime Group’s corporate office in downtown Columbus, OH. Construction One was engaged in the early stages of the project and was a critical component in the planning and budgeting of the project. The project consisted of renovation work on 9 floors occupied by WPG in a 30-story building. Daily communication and onsite meetings with ownership, multiple shifts working hours. Open remodel – required daily cleanings and temporary wall construction, Implemented a hybrid of conventional and modular construction.
